My professional journey spans nearly four decades across FMCG and pharmaceutical organisations, including extensive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing and supply chain, supporting both domestic and international markets.
Building on this experience, I now work as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Behavioural Competency Assessor, bringing together practical leadership experience, structured assessment and coaching to support individual and organisational development.
