Assessment to Support Coaching
Understanding Where to Begin
Behavioural Event Interviewing
Behavioural Event Interviews explore specific past experiences and demonstrated behaviours to identify competencies, strengths and areas that may benefit from further development.
Hogan Assessments
Hogan personality assessments can provide insights into behavioural tendencies, strengths, potential derailers and values that may influence how an individual approaches work and leadership during normal conditions and under pressure.
Used individually or together, these approaches can help create greater self-awareness and provide a meaningful starting point for the coaching conversation.
Explore Assessment as a Starting Point
If you are considering coaching and would like greater clarity about strengths, development areas and priorities, an initial conversation can help determine whether assessment would be useful
